Digital Bar Club wasn't created in a tech lab. It was born behind the bar, between paper clipboards, walk-in fridges, and a sea of shift handoffs. With over 12 years in the luxury hospitality industry, our team has worked at ultra-luxury country clubs, Forbes 5-star resort hotels, and Michelin-starred properties across Southern California.

Even at the best establishments, the same frustrations kept appearing: chasing shift updates through group texts, 86'd items miscommunicated between outlets, SOPs that lived in binders nobody opened, and institutional knowledge walking out the door every time a bartender left. The tools available were built for restaurants, not private clubs, and didn't account for the unique demands of member-driven service.

The moment was clear: build a system designed by someone who's actually lived it.
